For the last 10 years, Nationwide Properties Limited under its brand, The Royal Palms, has been building residential properties across Kampala, Uganda, in both rental and mainly for sale markets.

NPL has built over 500 luxury residential luxury homes and apartments in Mulago, Kololo, Nakasero, Mbuya and Butabika.

Some of the houses & apartments have been bought while others are still available for sale.

Currently, the available slots are at The Royal Palms Gardens, Butabika, which has been launched in 2024 to provide luxury apartments at affordable prices.

The Royal Palms Estate Butabika has developed over the years with Aries Court, Taurus Court, Leo Court, Virgo Court and now The Gardens being the fifth and current phase under development.

So far, more than 300 homes have now been developed and sold along with some of the best facilities, road networks, a school, shops and restaurants in the area.
